Returns

In order to be a valid return, you must email siicompany.com for a Return Authorization form for that order. Be sure your return reaches siicompany.com within 7 Days of Carrier delivery date. We do not accept returns after 7 days from the carrier delivery date. Sii does not return any open or used product, if packaging or product is scratched, damaged or otherwise deemed not in new condition a restocking fee will be subtracted from any refunds.

All acceptable returns that meet our return conditions below are credited for 100% of the merchandise value (including sales tax). You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. You may choose to send items back using your own shipping method. Any shipping costs or duty fees that Schweiger International Import incurred will be subtracted from any type of refund. 

If we shipped you the wrong item, a broken or damaged item, we will pay the cost of your return shipping once we receive and accept the return.

In the case of a Manufacturer defect, each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. Please contact customer service and we can assist you in contacting the Manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

 

OEM
(Original Manufacturer Packaging)

Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind.) If siicompany.com receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected, and your return will not be processed.

Aftermarket Parts

Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind.) If siicompany.com receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected, and your return will not be processed.

 

Unused Condition

siicompany.com is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.

 

Restocking Fees

siicompany.com does charge a Restocking Fee on any items that are not returned in new condition to sell to another customer as new.

 

Electrical Parts

siicompany.com will only accept returns on Aftermarket & OEM electrical parts when the items are unopened.

Please contact us before returning attempting to return any electrical items.

 

Exchanges

siicompany.com will exchange select items for credit only. All of the above conditions must be met in order for your exchange to be processed for credit.
Snowmobile & Motorcycle Equipment
